Our production capacity permits us to produce one single unit up to 100,000 units and more in response to your order specifications.
We offer an emergency service when necessary for your covering requirements in order to minimise the interruption to your production line. From the moment we receive your urgently needed part we are able to, in the majority of cases, deliver to you your newly coated part within 24 hours.

We are able to work with parts for moulds in sizes ranging from 1/4¨ x 1/4¨ up to 12' x 10' x10' in one of our twelve industrial ovens. On parts to be treated on a lathe, we can work with parts up to 45¨ in diameter x 200¨ long in all types of roller coverings.
Terawatt has available the necessary equipment to handle all your coating requirements.
